Service Description

Resylla provides AI-assisted analysis and optimization of resumes against job descriptions. The Service includes matching insights, rewrite suggestions, and structured resume outputs designed to make your experience clearer and more measurable. We may update or improve the Service over time.

User Content and License

You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you submit. You grant Resylla a limited license to host, process, analyze, and transform your content to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit this content and that it is accurate.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our models or data.
• Do not interfere with or degrade the performance of the Services.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliations.

Plans, Trials, and Payments

Some features require a paid plan. If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge the applicable fees and taxes. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active through the current billing period.

Outputs and No Guarantee

Resylla provides suggestions based on the information you provide. You are responsible for verifying accuracy and deciding what to use. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes.

Intellectual Property

Resylla and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, designs, and content we provide. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services except as expressly permitted.

Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, or AI processing. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party systems outside our control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these terms or if we need to protect the security or integrity of the platform. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resylla will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Resylla in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resylla from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Resylla's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless local law requires otherwise.
